Welcome to the Child Development Center, where our mission is to facilitate the development of God’s children in His world!
We are a full day, year-round center with two locations in Greenville, SC
Our care ranges from precious 6-week-old infants to afterschool care for our elementary school- age friends. Explore our site for more information or contact us today to see if we are the right fit for your childcare needs.
The CDC offers three programs to service all your childcare needs from infants to school-age.
Hours of Operation: 7:30 AM until 6:00 PM
The CDC curriculum has been carefully planned to provide the best developmentally appropriate educational experience possible for your child. Our teachers use the Wee Learn Christian curriculum as a theme-based guide to carefully plan activities and experiences to enhance the spiritual, physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of each child.
Our experienced infant teachers pride themselves on offering a loving and nurturing environment. One-on-one interaction is also a primary focus along with attentive care to daily care needs. Toddler and 2K classroom activities and schedules consist of incorporating language, art/creativity, science, health, pre-math skills, movement, diversity, safety, and music to keep your child happy in a group environment. 3K and 4K lesson plans give insight to the flexible and child-centered activities going on through exploration and investigation in their classrooms. Chapel and a Music enrichment class are offered for this age group weekly during the months September through May.
All lesson plans are available for review by the parent through the Tadpole communication system.
At the downtown campus, the CDC offers an afterschool program for students in K5-5th Grade.
